Last year Abby helped me complete 3 units development in Broadmeadows and the whole process is completely hassle free. 

I admit I had some concern when I first met her, after all there’re not many female builders around. But turns out working with her is the best choice I made in business. 

Great time management : The footing is done before Xmas, and it only took 7 months from framing to turn key after we came back in Feb 2020. Yes that’s right, that’s the pandemic year with lockdowns and number limit on site.

Great workmanship: The quality is good. It’s acknowledged by the market. Every buyer inspected the units said they are impressed by the finish. That helps me to sell all units within 2 months in a pandemic year.

Caring: Abby will do her best to make the project standing out. Given her experience with colour and fabrics, I trust her recommendation for fitting out. She chose the bathroom tiles and features behind shower and the combination is just amazing.

Timely response: When it comes to the tedious fix before settlement, Abby is always responsive. If she couldn’t attend the fix the next day, it must be done within the next week.    

This year I am building 6 units with Abby. I look forward to a long-term relationship with a such great builder.
